Firefly Cove is a new home community coming to Lago Vista, Texas. The community will feature 300 homesites with homes designed and built by Sunrise Homes. These new homes will be priced from $199,990 to $374,990 and have a square footage range of 1,169 – 2,535. Located in an enclave of Lake Travis, Firefly Cove will provide residents easy access to Lake Travis and a short commute to all things great in Austin, TX.

Where is Firefly Cove located?

What schools will Firefly Cove residents attend?
Firefly Cove is proud to be zoned to the award-winning Lago Vista Independent School District. Schools within the district are:

- Lago Vista High Schoo
Are pets permitted at Firefly Cove?
Canine friends of all breeds are welcome at Firefly Cove, as are domestic cats. Farm animals including horses, chickens, cows are not allowed in the community.
Who is Firefly Cove being built for?
Firefly Cove welcomes all families to our inclusive community. We abide by the obligations as defined by the Fair Housing Act which prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, and disability.
Is there direct access to Lake Travis?
Firefly Cove will feature a boat ramp at Draper’s Cove that will provide residents private access to Lake Travis.
The final details of all that the Firefly Cove Homeowner’s Association will provide to residents are still being finalized. Dues are currently anticipated around $50-60 per month.
Does Firefly Cove accommodate RVs?
Certain homes at Firefly Cove will allow for recreational vehicle and boat/jet ski storage. The City of Lago Vista does not permit storage of recreational vehicles within view from the public right of way.
Is there a site plan for the community?

When can I move to Firefly Cove?
Firefly Cove will begin taking home reservations in early 2021. Home construction will begin in the Spring 2021 with completion dates scheduled for the end of 2021.
What if I already have a lot or home in Lago Vista?
Sunrise Homes is building all homes in Firefly Cove and is also available to build new homes anywhere in Lago Vista. If you see a Firefly Cove floor plan that you would like to build on your own lot, just let us know!
What if I want to live in Firefly Cove, but already have my own new home floor plan?
Sunrise Homes can work with you to build your own floor plan at Firefly Cove.
How can I visit Firefly Cove, and when?
